Returns & Exchanges

Séduisant Strands, does not accept any hair returns, per federal law. 

However, we do except exchanges under extreme circumstance. 

In order to exchange your order, you must submit an email with the subject; EXCHANGE, within 24 hours of delivery. You must also include your name, shipping address, reason why, and order number in the body of the email.

Exchanges are for more, equal or lesser value. 

The difference of a more valued exchange, must be paid in full, in order for new order to be shipped. 

Exchange must be received before new order is processed and shipped.

Hair that appears altered, colored, combed out, odored, or if bundle packaging seal is broken, hair will be denied exchange. Client will be invoiced a shipping fee that must be paid, in order to receive the hair back.

Sédusiant Strands reserves the right to refuse exchange

Processing & Shipping

All orders process and ship within 1-5 days of purchase. This does not include weekends, and will vary during holidays. Seduisant Strands, main courier is USPS. We reserve the right to change the delivery method specified. We are not responsible for courier delays such as holidays, weather, and natural disaster.
Seduisant Strands requests that all shipments are accompanied by the signature of the receiving party.  
 Seduisant Strands, offers FLAT RATE SHIPPING! 
Flat Rate Shipping offers one rate to any state, any weight!
Flat rate shipping includes free post office pick-up, tracking number, 1-3 day delivery, and regular Saturday deliveries! 

Credit Authorization

For the protection of our customers, Seduisant Strands, reserves the right to request clients to complete a credit authorization form.  We do prosecute those that commit or attempt credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and possibly send supporting documentation in order for your shipment to be shipped.
